How do I order on 3suisses.com?
You can order on-line by adding the items to your shopping basket by clocking on the appropriate link.
To place an order, you must create a personal account that will allow you to track your orders, remember your basket or note your favourite products. You will systematically receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received.
Please note that if you have received a special offer for a free gift for any order of one or more products, the gift will be sent with your order as long as you meet the conditions and if at least one of the articles that you have ordered is available and included in the delivery.

What is my customer number?
If you are a new customer, you will find your customer number on the e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
In any case, it will figure on all of the documents sent to you by 3 Suisses: letters, invoices etc.

How may I pay?
You may use your credit or debit card (Carte Bleu, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD) or a 3 Suisses credit memo that you will register on-line when you pay for your order.

How do I change my order?
What happens:
All orders are immediately registered in our computer system and, at the moment, we cannot change them once they have been confirmed.
What this means for you:
We suggest the following:
- You can either take delivery of your order and return only the article(s) that you would like to change
- Or your can refuse the package and place your order again. In this case, you will be reimbursed as soon as 3 Suisses receives and processes your returned package.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order using the 3Suisses.com site. You will find a link named "Order Information " on the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your geographical location.
The average time that we have noted can be estimated at:

How can I have my package sent to another location than my current address?
Once you have chosen your items and identified yourself, simply select the option "To Another Address" to chose another destination for your package.

What happens if I'm absent?
If the delivery person does not find you in at the given address, he will leave a non-delivery notice stating that you may withdraw your package from your local post office.

What about customs clearance?
There are no formalities for countries within the European Union.
Countries outside of the European Union benefit from a tax reduction of 16.39%. Our stated prices include this tax reduction.
When your package arrives, you might have to pay customs tax. The amount depends on the rates applied by your country.

My package does not contain the items that I ordered…
To find out what has happened, we suggest you follow these steps :
First, confirm that the article was included in your order. On our site, click on the "My Order" link in the bottom left-hand corner of the page. After you have identified yourself, you will see your order. Click on "Details":
- Check if the article you ordered is mentioned. If it is, then we have registered the item.
- If the item is unavailable, it will be labelled as "Cancelled".
- If the item does not appear on the "My Order" page and there is no mention of it on your invoice, then it has not been registered with your order.

How do I send back an article?
What happens :
3 Suisses allows you send back any as-new article. You have 15 days to send it back to us.
What this means for you :
Remember not to throw away the original packaging. The article must be sent back to us as new, complete (with all of its accessories) and in its original packaging.
Remember, also, to add your completed delivery slip.
If you decide to send an article back to us, remember to write 3 Suisses' address clearly and to pay the postage.

How do I know if an article that I have sent back has been received by 3 Suisses?
If you would like to know if your package has been received by 3 Suisses' returned items department, click on the link "My Order" in the bottom left-hand corner of our home page.
Identify yourself and you will be able to see whether or not we have already received your package.

When will I be reimbursed?
An article is reimbursed within 30 days after it is returned to us. This delay includes the time needed to return the package, checking, and the time needed to proceed with the reimbursement.
Concerning your reimbursement:
If you paid using a credit or debit card or a credit memo, your card account will be reimbursed.
If you have been waiting to be reimbursed for more than 45 days, please contact us (by e-mail). Remember to specify your customer number in your e-mail. We will find out why it is taking so long and get back to you as soon as possible.
